Since 2011, Paul has been involved in several different kinds of “Agile” projects, beginning with an Agile Scrum project to update a rule editor for a rule-based system to process insurance-related work items.
Paul has since trained dozens of analysts on Agile principles, from the broad concepts to detailed specifics of certain approaches. The articles in this section include overviews of Agile concepts, observations about the state of Agile in general, and answers to questions about specific Agile methodologies.
