BreakThrough Communications was founded in 1995 to meet the needs of regional businesses who needed senior-level technical communicators for short-term projects.  Our client list started out with AT&T, NCR, and Lucent, and has expanded to include Nationwide Insurance, Cincinnati Life, Navistar, Reed Elsevier, Morgan Chase, and many more. Deliverables produced included manuals, policy and procedure documents, marketing brochures, web sites, online help systems, training materials, self-training materials, and videos.

In addition, we have provided hundreds of hours of classroom and online instruction on topics such as technical writing, router configuration, Agile methodologies, mortgage insurance, and many different proprietary software products.

In early 2017 we began reformatting our own home web page as an excuse to experiment with various WordPress templates. We are reformatting again to make better use of some of the features that have been added recently, so please check back if you’re interested in what we have to offer.
